Welcome to the Suseia e-shop of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

In this section, you are going to be able to purchase your tickets for the London 2012 competitions.

You have the choice between purchasing a package (tickets + travel arrangements) or purchasing just tickets. During a single connection to the e-shop, you cannot purchase both packages and just tickets. You must leave the e-shop and re-connect to the site to place a new order.

Each package consists of a ticket for one or several competitions, for one or several persons, as well as lodging and other services described during your stay in London.

Either you can arrange transportation on your own or Suseia will do this upon receiving your e-mail to travel [at] suseia [dot] com

Exclusive rights to sell tickets and travel arrangements for London 2012 have been granted by the NOC to Suseia Sport Travel & Hospitality sprl (SSHT)*, the official agency of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

All orders must be placed on this site via the e-shop. For orders on behalf of groups of more than 9 persons, please contact us by e-mail to groups [at] suseia [dot] com. An Account Manager will be assigned to you. He or she will contact you and prepare your travel arrangements together with you.

Your reservation is made in 5 steps:

1. selection of tickets or packages
2. shipment
3. verification of your customer information
4. acceptance of the order and of the general terms and conditions of sales
5. confirmation of your order

At the top of the page of each of the 5 stages, you can click on the information button (i) which will explain to you in detail the step which comes next.

Modalities of payment and of delivery

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Next you will receive a second e-mail accompanied by your pro-forma invoice mentioning the total amount of your order.

Payment is made by bank transfer within 15 days of the order to the account of SSHT sprl: IBAN: BE88 0688 9232 3841 BIC/SWIFT: GKCCBEBB.
A definitive invoice which includes all the details of your order will then be sent to you by e-mail.

Suseia wants you to be fully satisfied and respects your right to reflect and possibly to decide against the purchase. You can exercise this right at any time during the 14 days following the date of your order.

Delivery of your tickets / packages is as you best prefer: you can either pick up your tickets at the address we will send you via mail in June 2012; or you can have them delivered by courier service. In the last case, the expenses relating to delivery will be charged to you. The tickets will be delivered to the delivery address mentioned in your order on the e-shop.

For reasons of security, the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (LOCOG) will deliver the tickets only to official agencies during the month of June 2012. Therefore, in all cases, the tickets ordered cannot be delivered to you before June 2012.
