SUSEIA will process your data in accordance with national and international provisions, including those of the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data, amended by the law of 11 December 1998.

By communicating your personal data to us, you give us express permission to process the said data for the purposes set forth below, the processing of which is declared to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy.

The collected data are stored in SUSEIA computer files and will be processed for the following purposes (1) management of the users, (2) management and organization of the services ordered via the website, (3) issue and delivery of tickets to the London 2012 Olympic Games, (4) management of the billing process, and (5) to improve the quality of the services on offer, and to inform you about new services and products from USEIA and, from time to time, those of its partners.

Specific provisions relating to the London 2012 OG In the context of the organization of the London 2012 Olympic Games, your personal data will also be communicated to the Belgian Embassy in the UK. This communication is imperative as part of the implementation of measures aimed at the protection of public safety during the London 2012 Olympic Games. Furthermore, the collected data are also communicated to the London 2012 Olympic Games Organising Committee (LOCOG) as part of the overall organization of the Olympic Games (identification of travellers, access to sports events, etc.).

SUSEIA undertakes to protect the security of your personal data and implements the necessary security procedures and technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal data. Your personal data are stored on computer systems with restricted access installed in supervised locations.

You may at any time object to the processing of your personal data for compelling and legitimate reasons. You can also configure your web browser to alert you of the creation of cookies or to prevent their creation (certain services requiring cookies will then no longer be available).

SUSEIA may be required to disclose your personal data at the request of a legal authority or in good faith when it considers such action necessary to conform to any applicable law or regulations. This would also be the case in the event of legal proceedings being brought against SUSEIA in order to protect or defend the rights or assets of SUSEIA.

By submitting a dated and signed written request, including proof of your identity (copy of your identity card and, where necessary, of the articles of association), you may obtain, free of charge, written notification of your personal data and, where appropriate, correction of any incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant data.

A copy of your personal data will be sent to you within 45 days from receipt of the request.
