A ticket gives you access to the session indicated on it and to the entire Olympics venue where this session takes place. For example, if the session takes place in a stadium of the Olympics Park, then the visitor has access to the entire Olympics Park.
You should also be aware that the ticket price includes public transport on the same day.
Printed tickets will be distributed in June 2012.
At present, no decision has yet been taken on whether the holder’s name will be mentioned on the tickets.

Is it necessary to have tickets to attend the Olympic Games?
No, three competitions are accessible without tickets: the marathon, the cycling road race and cycling within the triathlon (the running and swimming parts take place in closed stadiums for which an Olympics ticket is necessary).

Can I purchase tickets by other distribution channels?
Suseia is the only agency recognised by the NOC for the sale of tickets and packages. Thus, it is the only agency authorised to sell tickets.

What happens if I lose my tickets?
Lost tickets can neither be reimbursed nor replaced.

Will you be placing other tickets on sale?
We are in permanent contact with LOCOG (the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games) and are trying to optimise the allocation of tickets. If we obtain new tickets, we will put them on sale. We will use e-mails and the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to announce this.

Why are the tickets sold by LOCOG less expensive?
Each agency sets a margin to cover its expenses and its risks. Nearly half of this margin is reserved for NOC (National Olympic Committee), so that the athletes also profit from the sales. For this higher price, Suseia provides the certainty of getting the ticket desired. You also are giving support to the NOC, and you are guaranteed to receive transportation and accommodation in our package deals.
